Quality Mexican sinks are really no different to install than typical domestic sinks. They mount to standard drain pipes, and come in standard sizes, easily mounting into your existing bath - typically only requiring the counter to be properly cut to accomodate.
Talavera sinks tend to look best when mounted into tiled counter tops (as they are designed for). In traditional Mexican settings, they are actually grouted into the tile work of the countertop, providing a "seamless" setting and leak free perimeter.
